Das Object Im Jahr 1935 wurde die großzügige Villa mit separatem Garagenhaus errichtet. Das ursprüngliche Erscheinungsbild der Fassade des Haupthauses orientierte sich an dem der Doppelhäuser der „Professorensiedlung“ im oberen Teil der Straße: ein umlaufender Fries als Trennung der Geschosse, Sprossenfenster mit Faschen und Schlagläden im Oberge-schoss und zwei Gauben. Auch das große Walmdach mit weitem Dachüberstand ist ein Merkmal dieses Stils.

Design Strategy: 

The renovation of the house is based on the owner's requests. She wanted to change the house to suitable for her family and her children. She wanted to remove some stairs and keep the old stairs on the ground floor. According to her wishes, the stair was replaced on the ground floor as a fixed statue. The planning of level 1and level 2 completely has been changed to suitable places for her family.

The main entrance was changed and one stair was replaced in the lobby for vertical reach to another level as main vertical accessibility.

The first floor was designed for the owner's family. The planning of the first floor is based on the one master room with its private toilet and bathroom and three rooms. The corridor connects all of the spaces with the best direction of the sun. Based on the new design, all of the members of the family, have accessibility to the balcony. 

 According to the new design of the first floor, the kitchen was replaced by the main stair and store. Five existing rooms were redesign to 2 master rooms and one small room. The main corridor with all of the rooms already has accessibility to the balcony and good sun directions.   

The second floor was designed for one private unit. Also, one balcony was added to the unit.
